The apron worker who died in an engine of a Delta Air Lines connecting Airbus A319 at San Antonio Airport on Friday, June 23, 2023 may have committed suicide.
This is reported by the responsible coroner. Incidentally, the autopsy and investigation have produced clear indications that a suicide appears to be very likely. The accident investigation authority NTSB then announced that no further proceedings would be initiated because there were no safety problems at the airport or on the aircraft.
